Arts Alive Certificate
Open to all majors, the Arts Alive Certificate is a recognition of those students who adopt an interdisciplinary approach to their study of the arts, humanities, and sciences. It offers ways for students to explore a variety of sociopolitical and cultural issues through the visual and performing arts.
Earn points toward the certificate by attending various Arts Alive programming, including:
- Visual or Performing Arts Events
- Discovery Series Panel Discussions
- Enrollment in an Arts Alive course
- Completion of an internship with Arts Alive
- Participation in Arts Alive Surveys
Students who complete the Arts Alive Certificate will receive:
- A printed certificate
- Acknowledgement on their co-curricular transcript
- An honor cord for their SDSU commencement regalia
