An interdisciplinary conversation with Dr. Gabriela Lena Frank, Dr. Gillian Sneed (School of Art and Design), Dr. Kristal Bivona (Center for Brazilian Studies), and Dr. Shannon Kitelinger (School of Music and Dance), as they discuss Latin American Women in the Arts. Inspired by Frank's new opera about Frida Kahlo and Diego Rivera, the panelists discuss women artists, cultural appropriation, and Indigenous musical styles.
